Yahoo Mail Is Missing From Tools>internet Options>programs>email?

I want my Yahoo mail to be my default email. I used to be able to click on an email address, IE will take me to my Yahoo mail login page. Now I don’t see Yahoo mail listed in Tools > Internet Options > programs > email any longer.

How Do I Add “yahoo Login” Option To My Internet Explorer “tools” Menu?

I have this feature on my home PC and need to add it to my new laptop. THis allows different household users to click on Tools, then on Yahoo log in, then choose the user name.
