How Do I Get The Proper Codecs For Windows Movie Maker?

I downloaded a youtube video from Zillatube in a AVI video format but when i try to import the video to Windows Movie Maker it keeps saying:
C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Desktop\videoF… could not be imported. The required codec was not downloaded automatically because the Download codecs automatically check box is not selected in the Options dialog box.
What do i do? if i need to download something please give me links.
