I have an HP slimline PC that only came with room for 1 hard drive inside and no recovery discs. What Is An Affordable Off-site Backup And Recovery Solution?

We are a small Commercial Real Estate firm that is looking for an affordable and dependable solution to backup our server off-site. I recently bought a used computer and I did not receive all of the software and drivers. I wanted to reformat the hard drive but I wanted to make an emergency backup if I failed to have any essential drivers.
