Question by How do you like me now?: Is Obama still campaigning because he had campaign money left from his miscellaneous overseas donors?
Many were 10$ donations on credit cards that were not tracked because they were under the specified amount required to warrant tracking.
For all he implied with the Supreme Court Ruling during his State of the Union address that the ruling will allow donation to POTUS Campaigns , he actually is the only president to have benefited from overseas untrackable donations.
