How Do I Insert Files In A Virtual Cd-dvd Rom Without Having An Image File?

It all depends on what software is running your virtual ROM. Most will require you to have it in iso, nrg or some other image form.
If you have burning software you can make your own using the files you want by just saving it as an image.
