I have a Dell Laptop and some how over the weekend Internet antivirus pro(IAP) decided it wanted to come on to my laptop. As soon as I hit explorer to go on it comes up with the screen that I have to click on to go to an unprotected site which then pops on IAP! I only have AVG for protection on the laptop!

I keep getting error message so I downloaded easyinfo which is saying my graphics card is intel(R) 82865G graphic controller, but does not support vertex or pixel shader version. Whatever that means. So, how do I fix this cheap and easy? Thanks for any help.

If you have a desktop, you just need to buy a new video card and install it. A descent, Sim 3 capable video card is only about -80 or so.
If you have a laptop, you’re out of luck and would have to buy an entirely new computer.

A 256 MB NVIDIA GeForce 6600GT or better or ATI Radeon 1600XT or better.
One of these are the minimum requirement for MW2 And i think they could run the others too.
Watch out though, laptop versions of these cards might not support heavy games. If you’d like to know if your current system runs it, then visit http://cyri.systemrequirementslab.com/CYRI/ and do the test on MW2

For an Hp Pavilion Notebook, you can have up to 256MB of shared graphics memory, starting from 64MB to 128MB to 256MB.
However your system will not use the whole 256MB if you do not have enough RAM, and if you do not configure it to use the whole 256MB.
To configure your system to use its maximum amount, access the bios by repeatedly hitting the F2 Key just after turning on your computer, then access the the system configuration and change its settings.
