If I download AVS Audio Editor will it harm my computer in anyway? Also please answer this:
What is a free music editor I can use without downloading?! Please help. You don’t have to answer both questions I would just appreciate it if you did!

Try free audio editor or audacity – both are free and safe but you have to download them

How Do “they” Catch Illegal Downloaders?
MANY YOUNG and Americans are downloading a lot of free music off the internet… But however the famous sites such as limewire and frostwire and bearshare to name of few are constatnely being used to get free music so why don’t the fbi or whatnot shutdown these filesharing sites??? or are these licensed filesharing and it is not against the law? Even at that are the creators of the filesharing the only ones to be punishable or the people who downloaded the free music? Also how would the “LAW” catch the illegal downloaders?
