How Can I Disable The Automatic Screen Switching While Browsing?
When I’m browsing using my Internet Explorer (with multiple windows open) and I go to window 1 and click on something and then go to window 2, it automatically switches back to window 1 when it’s already loaded the page fully. It’s really irritating!

My brother and I are having a discussion. I currently have a firewall on my computer through Windows, Norton and my router. My brother disables my whole firewall system through Norton to download some things. Then while the product is downloading, he hops on the internet to “surf the web”. Is having the Norton firewall disabled possibly harmful to my computer? Does it make my computer an easy target for hackers? If someone could please outline the difference and resolve this dispute I would be MOST appreciative.
