I already know you need a graphics card. Is there a cheap way to improve the graphics? What I mean by improving the graphics is making the image with a smooth texture and not where you can see the pixels. Would you have to have a computer with nearly nothing on it to improve the graphics?

Well your game probily looks like shit because your computer cant handle it. But in the game go to options and there should be something like display settings. Just play with all the settings in there. But makeing the game look better will slow the game down more. If you have a graphics card and not onboard graphics then you can overclock. Google overclock graphics card.
