I use nortan, but my subscription is going to expire next month. Do you know of a free or low cost anti-virus and anti-spyware that has worked good for you?

Don’t listen to any of these ppl. The best and ultimate protection from all those nasty internet threats is ZONEALARM. It rocks and has the best firewall out there – nothing, i mean nothing can penetrate it * if its on of course*. Now, the company hasn’t released a new version for 2008 yet, but I’m sure its gonna come out in early to mid January. It may not be 30 or 40 bucks but it will give you peace of mind no matter where you go in the internet. =)
