How Do I Backup The Recovery Partition From My Hard Drive?

I have an HP slimline PC that only came with room for 1 hard drive inside and no recovery discs. The hard drive has a 10GB recovery partition with the Windows XP MCE installation files that I’d like to copy to the new drive so I can resinstall Windows. How can I copy that partition to the new drive?
