Can You Run Malwarebytes With Another Anti Virus Or Anti Spyware Program Already On Your Computer?

I’m thinking about ditching Windows Defender because I know it sucks, and it came with Norton Internet Security 2008, and I know I have talked bad about Norton, but they have improved greatly from the past, and it doesn’t slow my laptop.
I’ve read and heard so many great reviews about it, so if I have Norton, Super anti spyware, can I run malwarebytes along with them?

If you’re using the free version of Malwarebytes you can use it because it doesn’t offer real time protection so it will not conflict but some people do use the full paid for version that has real time protection and they have no problems.

Yes you can run and install Malware bytes as well. It usually does not create problems. However, make sure that they do not start as soon as the Windows starts up. You can do that by using the System Configuration Utility.

Yes you can run it with any anti virus or anti spyware installed because the free Malwarebytes is not a real time scanner. You only activate it on demand.

    YES –
Malwarebytes is a heavy scanner not a “running” program (like AVG) so it can be used with Spybot S & D or Ad Aware type removers -
