It’s certainly safe to run two firewalls…it’s just that it will be
    A) Irritating to manage both
    and
    B) Difficult to find two firewalls that are compatible
Usually when you try to install an antivirus or firewall, you will not be able to proceed if you already have another antivirus or firewall.
Zonealarm is a decent firewall that I used until it started giving me BSODs every few hours. After that, I switched to Comodo.

ZoneAlarm has a vey good firewall and it is free. And “No” you can not have 2 firewalls runing on your computer as it will be in conflict with each other. You can have more than 1 spyware program, but only 1 antivirus and 1 firewall. (http://www.zonealarm.com) this is the link to click to visit the site and download zonealarm. Good Luck.

2 firewalls as in a hardware firewall and a personal on your computer firewall is the way to go.
I’m running a linksys router with dd-wrt software installed acting as a router/firewall as well as usiing zone alarm on my pc.

    ZonAlarn or Comdo
you can alos try nod32 antivirus and its built in firewall which i found it quiet fine

Two firewalls might get too hot. Maybe get a lukewarmwall to balance things out a bit.

komodo firewall, or zonealarm, never have two firewalls up at the same time.

In my opinion the best Firewall is Online Armor Free or Paid version.
It gives you classic HIPS security and don’t slow down your system.
    Cheers!
